Enjoy the many benefits of Adult Yoga classes and improve flexibility, balance, strength.  Yoga also promote relaxation and concentration which helps to decrease stress and tension.

 

 

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Focuses on classic postures, modifications and correct alignment in the body.  Deep and even breathing.  Basic yoga postures slow flowing class concentrate on building strength, balance and relieving stress.

 

Yoga Flow

Thurs: 10a -11a

Medium to moderate flowing pace combines asanas and pranayamas designed to create flexibility and strength

 

Yoga 4 Kids

Wed: 7:15p - 8:15p

 

Yoga 4 Kids is ideal for youth in all ages.  Kids will experience  mindful deep breathing, self awareness and a greater function in strength as well as flexibility. Most importantly learn to interact with others and become comfortable within themselves.  

Kids Age Group classes vary.

3 - 6           30 min ($5 per child) parent participation required

7 - 12         45 min ($7 per child) 

13 - 19       1 hour ($10 per teen) or 2 for the price of 1 

**Please note all kids must have a signed permission slip from parents.  Kids 6 and under parents are required to be present in the room during yoga class exercise**
